1. Return Period
You may return your order within 30 days of the date of delivery — no reason required. This exceeds the minimum 14-day right of withdrawal required under EU consumer law.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product packaging is unopened and undamaged
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
Products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless the product itself was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and a brief description. We will confirm the return address and next steps within 1–2 business days. Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except where the product arrived defective or the wrong item was delivered.
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and a description and, where possible, photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery where possible and notifying us immediately. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Non-Delivery Due to Legal Restrictions
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import and possession of any product complies with the laws applicable in their country. We accept no liability and will not issue refunds in cases where a shipment is seized, refused or returned by customs authorities due to legal restrictions on such products in the destination country.
